Katie Khera's Baked Artichoke Dip:

Ingredients:
1 can small artichokes 5-7 count (not marinated)
1 cup Best Brand Mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
couple teaspoons minced garlic (to taste)

Instructions:
Rinse and chop artichokes, mix with Mayonnaise, 3/4 cup parm cheese and garlic, stir until creamy.
Spread into a baking dish, top with remaining 1/4 cup parm cheese.
I usually sprinkle some asiago or romano cheese on as well, for a crispier top.
Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes, then put under broiler for a couple of minutes until the top is brown.
Serve with any bread or cracker. My favorite is with breaksticks.
