Arlene Cook's Bread Salad:

Ingredients:
1 large loaf of sandwich bread, frozen
butter
1onion, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup celery
2 cans shrimp
1 can crab
3 cups mayonnaise (Do Not Use Miracle Whip.)

Instructions:
While bread is frozen, butter both sides of the bread.  Remove the crusts and cut into cubes (4 times each way.)

Put bread cubes, onion, and eggs in large bowl.  When ready to serve, add the shrimp, crab and mayonnaise.

This makes a very large salad.
