| Bonnie's Beef Burritos, Enchilada Style: Ingredients:
12 Ruiz brand Monterey shredded beef & cheese burritos (from Costco), cut in half
1 28oz. can Las Palmas Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
1 8oz. package (2 cups) Sargento 4-Cheese Mexican finely shredded cheese
Slice olives and sour cream for garnish
Instructions:
Spray baking dish with Pam for easy cleanup. Bake burritos in oven according to
package directions. Broil enchilada sauce until reduced by 1/3. Pour over
baked burritos making sure all parts are covered. Sprinkle heavily with cheese and
return to oven until cheese melts. Garnish each burrito with a slice olive and serve
with sour cream.
