Cheesy Potatoes:

Ingredients:
1  2-lb bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups of mayonnaise (you can use light but not low-fat)
1 lb of Velvetta cheese

Instructions:
Let the hash browns defrost, mix the hash browns mayonnaise and cubed velvetta
cheese. Place in a 9 x 13 dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. About 1/2
way through remove the cover, mix up the ingredients really good to make sure
that the cheese is not in clumps. Continue cooking uncovered.
