| Dark Chocolate Cake: Ingredients:
1 pkg devil's food cake mix
3.25 oz. pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream or vanilla yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips. Beat for 4 minutes. Fold in chips.
Bake in greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan at 350 degrees F. for 50-60 minutes.
Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack to complete cooling. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar. |
