Debbie Hutchings' Fudge:

Ingredients:
4 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz. size)
3 cups Nestles chocolate chips (18 oz package)
30 marshmallows, quartered
2 sticks of butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 4 cups chopped walnuts, if desired

Instructions:
Have all ingredients prepared and ready before you start.
In a heavy pan, over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring the milk and sugar to a boil.
Stirring constantly, boil for 15 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients until completely melted and smooth.
Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Let stand, covered, for 24 hours before serving.
May refrigerate for added firmness and freshness. May use deep plastic or metal cookie cutters such as pumpkins, stars, Christmas trees, teddy bears, or hearts.
The shapes can be decorated with frosting and sprinkles, etc.
